摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法,以三甲基氯硅烷为改性剂,经表面疏水改性处理和CO2超临界干燥,制备了莫来石纤维增强Si O2气凝胶隔热透波复合材料。并研究了气凝胶复合材料的疏水性能、力学性能、隔热性能及介电性能,结果表明:制备的莫来石纤维增强Si O2气凝胶复合材料具有良好的疏水性能、力学性能、隔热性能和介电性能,是一种性能良好的隔热透波一体化材料。
Hydrophobic silica aerogels composites reinforced by mullite fiber were prepared via sol-gel process and supercritical drying technique, by using tetraethoxy silane(TEOS) as precursor and trimethylchprpsilane as modifying solvent. Hydrophobic properties, mechanical properties, thermal properties and dielectric properties of silica aerogels composites were studied. The results show that silica aerogels composites reinforced by mullite fiber have excellent hydrophpbic properties, mechanical properties, thermal properties and dielectric properties, are a material with good performance on thermal insulation and wave-transparent.
