定位油缸内、外方套加工技术改进

摘要 通过对超大长径比细长型、薄壁台阶孔式内圆外方结构精加工技术的研究,将内孔加工由铰制改为珩磨,摸索出最佳的珩磨参数,满足内圆精度要求,可以从根本上解决因铰制孔无法排屑造成的划伤筒壁问题。通过改进定位基准,改进装夹工装,摸索出最佳的磨削参数,控制磨削变形,满足外方精度要求。 By Studying the finish machining technology of inner round and exoteric square structure with a large length diameter ratio and the thin-walled step hole, the inner hole's processing methods were changed from reaming to grinding and the grinding parameter was optimized to meet the inner round's precision request. The new method can fundamentally solve the problem of scratching the inner wall because of the iron scurf in reaming process. The exoteric square's precision request was satisfied through improving the locating datum and process unit, exploring the best grinding parameter, and controlling the grinding distortion.
