住宅产业化是指将住宅生产和经营纳入社会化大生产范畴,用预制装配化的生产方式生产住宅,以提高住宅生产效率与品质。本文对预制装配化住宅的节能环保技术进行研究,创新地提出了预制装配化住宅的预制结构体系、装修技术体系和施工技术体系等,有助于建立预制装配化住宅节能环保技术体系,为建设高效、节能的住宅提供了技术支撑。

Housing industrialization refers to bringing housing production and operation into the scope of large- scale social production, and constructing housing in industrialized mode of production, to improve housing production efficiency and quality. In this article, the author researched the technologies of energy saving and environmental protection in industrialized housing, creatively proposed prefabricated structure system, decoration technology system and construction technology system for industrialized housing, in favor of building the systems of energy saving and environmental protection technologies for industrialized housing, and providing technical support for the construction of high-efficiency and energy-saving housing.
