摘要
本文选取我国30个省区2001-2012年的数据,运用动态面板系统GMM方法,就异质性人力资本对产业结构变动的影响进行实证检验,发现各类型人力资本投资均能促进产业结构合理化变动,而且技能型和制度型人力资本的作用强于基础型和知识型人力资本;物质资本投入能够促进产业结构合理化变动,但人力资本通过影响物质资本投入对产业结构合理化变动的作用为负。因此,加强应用教育、提升人力资本整体素质、放宽人口迁移限制条件等,推进产业结构变化。
This paper uses dynamic panel SYS - GMM method to estimate the effect of the heterogeneous human capital on industrial structure change with data from 2001 to 2012. The results show that all types of human capital can promote rational industrial structure change, and the technical and the institutional human capital have greater effect than basic type and knowledge type human capital; material capital investment can promote the rational industrial structure change, but through which human capital can generate a negative effect. Above all, improving the overall quality of human cap- ital, strengthening application - oriented education, releasing the migration restrictions to promote the change of industri- al structure.
