摘要
本文利用我国29大制造行业1998-2012年的面板数据,研究外国R&D通过中间产品进口对我国制造业产生的技术溢出效应。结果表明:外国R&D活动通过中间产品进口对我国全要素生产率产生了显著正影响,其产生的技术溢出主要通过技术进步实现,对技术效率的改进作用相对较小;从分行业来看,中间产品进口技术溢出效应呈现了资本技术密集型行业强而劳动资源密集型行业弱的特点。研究结果同时表明:FDI对我国全要素生产率产生了正向影响,国内研发投入对行业技术的进步起主要作用。
Based on the panel data of 29 manufacturing industries in China from 1998 to 2012, this paper studies the spillover effect of international R&D on China's manufacturing technology through the import of intermediate products. The results show that the foreign R&D activity has a significantly positive influence on China's TFP through the import of intermediate products, while the technology spillover through the import of intermediate products mainly effect by the technological progress, a relatively small effect on the improvement of technical efficiency ; spillover effect of imported in- termediate goods presents strong influence on capital and technology intensive industry while weak on the resources of la- bor intensive industry; FDI has an impact on TFP of Chinese manufacturing industry, domestic R&D investment plays a main role on industry technology progress.
