摘要
以山桐子(Idesia polycarpa)种子为材料,以浸种时间、植物生长调节剂(GA、6-BA、NAA)为变量,设计正交实验,测定不同浸种时间的吸水量、电导率,对比分析种子萌发情况,研究山桐子种子萌发的有效处理方式。研究结果表明:山桐子种子最适浸种时间为48 h,最佳激素处理配比为6-BA 20 mg/L+NAA 40 mg/L,发芽率约为36%。
In this experiment,Idesia polycarpa seed was used as material,seed soaking time and plant growth regulators( GA,6-BA,NAA) were used as variables to create an orthogonal experiment. The amount of water absorption,conductivity of different soaking time were mensurated,in order to find a better treatment method for seed germination,hoping to provide theoretical and technical guidance for the further utilization of Idesia polycarpa. Results showed that the optimum soaking time was 48 h,the best plant growth regulators combination was 6-BA 20 mg / L + NAA 40 mg / L,the germination percentage was about 36%.
