Research of Site Selection of Housing Industrialization Base Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

为解决住宅产业化基地选址研究中指标因素定性分析的不足,促进住宅产业化的健康发展,在层次分析法的基础上,构建了住宅产业化基地选址评价指标体系,通过两两比较创建判断矩阵并求解指标权重,并对结果做一致性检验。再利用模糊综合评价方法对评价指标体系构建评判矩阵并求解隶属度,得出备选方案的优劣排序,确定最优方案。通过案例分析,证明这种以模糊层次分析法为基础的选址方法为住宅产业化基地的选址提供了科学有效的理论支持。

To make up for the deficiency of previous studies on site selection of housing industrialization base in terms of accurate quantitative calculation of the relevant indexes,this paper establishes an evaluation index system for the site selection of housing industrialization base, based on the Fuzzy-AHP model and aims to promote the healthy development of the housing industrialization.By pairwise comparison,a judgment matrix is created and the index weight is thus obtained,and a consistency test of the results is done. Then,an evaluation matrix of the evaluation index system is established using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the degree of membership is figured out. Finally,the optimal solution is determined based on the merits order of all the alternative options. In conclusion,through the present case study,it is proved that this solution of site selection,based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method,is capable of providing a scientific and effective theoretical support for the site selection of housing industrialization base.
