颞浅筋膜岛状瓣修复单侧颜面凹陷三例报告

Reconstruction of Hemifacial Depression with Ipsilateral Pedicled Superficial Temporal Fascial Island Flap(A Report of 3 Cases)

采用同侧颞浅筋膜岛状瓣转移充填方法，治疗轻中度单侧颜面凹陷畸形三例。术后筋膜瓣成活，凹陷矫正，外观满意。本文就手术适应证、手术方法及注意事项进行探讨。

hree patients with mild/moderate hemifacial depression were subjected to the operation tamponing with ipsilateral pedicled superficial temporal fascial island flaps.After operation,the flaps survived and the deformity was corrected with satisfactory results.The technique achieves both simple procedure and high success rate.The indications,methods and points for attention of the operation have been discussed.
