产生于20世纪三、四十年代的《五智喇嘛弥伴传奇》,是以法、德、英等多种文字流传于国外的藏学名著。该书最初可能是法国旅行家、藏学家大卫·尼尔根据僧人云丹嘉措的讲述,用法文写成,后由中国藏学开拓者李安宅先生翻译为中文。文章简述了《五智喇嘛弥伴传奇》的作者、译者及其文本流传,概括了是书的主要内容,归纳了是书在人类学、社会学、宗教学等领域的文化价值。
Written in 1930-40 s, Le Lama Au Cinq Sagesses is a famous literary work of Tibet, and the book hasbeen translated into German, English and many other languages. It was originally written in French by AlexandraDavid- Néel, a French traveler and tibetologist, based on an account narrated by Yongden Gyatso, a Tibetanmonk. Mr. Li An-zhai, a pioneer of tibetology, translated the book into Chinese. The article introduces the authorand translators of Le Lama Au Cinq Sagesses, and it also summarizes the main content of the book and analyzes itsculture value in anthropology, sociology and religion studies.
