AEG-1和LEF-1在人结肠癌组织中的表达及其意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨星形胶质细胞上调基因-1(AEG-1)和淋巴增强因子-1(LEF-1)在人结肠癌组织中的表达,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测78例人结肠癌组织及78例相应癌旁正常组织中AEG-1和LEF-1的表达,并分析其临床病理意义。结果:AEG-1和LEF-1在结肠癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为73.1%(57/78)和67.9%(53/78),均明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.001)。AEG-1的表达与患者的组织分化程度、淋巴结转移、远处转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05),LEF-1的表达与患者的淋巴结转移、远处转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。结肠癌组织中AEG-1与LEF-1的表达呈正相关(r=0.326,P=0.004)。结论 :AEG-1和LEF-1的异常表达与结肠癌的发生、发展、浸润及转移密切相关,联合检测更有利于结肠癌的早期诊断及预后的判断。
