摘要
关爱是人的精神需要,又具有广泛的德育意义,把关爱教育融入群众性实践中,是增强高校大学生德育实效性的重要途径。通过坚持以人为本,提升学生关爱能力;强化以身示范,培养关怀型教师;完善实践平台,拓展关爱教育载体;坚持三位一体,构建关爱教育网络等途径,转变"居高临下式说教"的工作方法,实施因材施教、因人而异、双向互动的群众性实践教育模式,可达到增强大学生幸福感与德育实效性的双重效应。
Love and care is what human being need spiritually, and it involves a broad sense of moral education. To infuse education of love and care into mass practice is an important approach to enhance the validity of moral education in universities. So the students' ability to care and love can be improved by insisting on taking people as the first. In order to gain dual effects of improving the students' feeling of happiness and the effectiveness of moral education, it is necessary to reinforce model demonstration to train teachers who show loving care for the students, to perfect practice platform and ex- pand channels of care education, to adhere to the principle of trinity in the construction of caring education network, and to alter the working style from that featured preaching to the working method of teaching just according to the students' apti- tude, etc.
