提速道岔小波包能量熵故障诊断方法 被引量:15

摘要 将小波包变换应用于S700K型提速道岔转辙机故障诊断中,以微机监测系统采集的S700K型转辙机三相交流电流为信号源,基于小波包多尺度分析对道岔转辙机正常工作状态和各故障状态下的三相交流电流进行分解,并通过小波包能量熵提取故障特征,然后根据能量熵定义故障诊断指标,并对每相电流的故障诊断指标设定2个阈值,来定量划分故障类型。实验结果表明:道岔不同故障情况下,三相电流小波包能量熵分布有一定的规律,故障诊断指标阈值的设定能有效划分道岔故障类型,待测样本测试结果与现场诊断结果一致。 The wavelet packet transformation was applied to the fault diagnosis of S700K type speed - up turnout switch machine. The three - phase AC current of S700K switch collected from microcomputer monitoring system was given as signal source. Based on wavelet packet multi -scale analysis, the three -phase alternating current of switch machine in working state and fault state was decomposed, and the fault feature from the wavelet energy entropy was extracted. Then according to the definition of the fault diagnosis index, two thresholds for each phase of the alternating current fault diagnosis index were set to categorize the fault type quantitatively. The experimental results show that wavelet energy entropy distribution of three - phase current has certain rules, and the thresholds of fault diagnosis index can effectively partition switch fault types. Moreover, the sample test results are consistent with the actual field diagnostic results.
