摘要
目的:观察中药抗震止痉胶囊联合谷胱甘肽治疗帕金森病剂末现象的临床疗效。方法:选取42例出现剂末现象的帕金森病患者,加用抗震止痉胶囊和谷胱甘肽治疗4周。结果:治疗后Webster评分、UPDRSII\III评分均有改善,WOQ-9问卷的运动与非运动症状改善。结论:中药抗震止痉胶囊联合谷胱甘肽能显著改善帕金森病的剂末现象。
Objective：To observe the combination therapy of Kangzhen Zhijing capsule and glutathione on Parkinson patients with end-of-dose phenomenon. Methods： 42 Parkinson patients with end-of-dose phenomenon were treated with the com- bination therapy of Kangzhen Zhijing capsule and glutathione for 4 weeks. Results： The UPDRS Ⅱ ／ Ⅲ scores, Webster score, and Motor symptoms and non-motor symptoms in Wearing-off Questionnaire significantly improved after treatment. Conclusion： The combination therapy of Kangzhen Zhijing capsule and glutathione treatment can significantly improve the end-of-dose phenomenon in Parkinson patient.
