辨经补泻针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Observation of Meridional Fill Diarrhea Acupuncture for Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的 :观察辨经取穴并根据经络顺逆、证之虚实,补泻针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 :观察60例临床患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例患者。治疗组辨经取穴,并根据经络顺逆、证之虚实,采用"迎随""子母"补泻针刺。观察组针刺受累神经支配区域相关穴位。15d为1个疗程,对2组患者治疗前后采用日本骨科学会下腰痛评分表(JOA评估)进行评分。比较2组治疗腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果。结果 :治疗组愈显率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),2组治疗后评分与治疗前有明显差异(P<0.05),而治疗组治疗后的评分明显高于对照组。结论 :针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症需辨经取穴,并根据经络顺逆、证之虚实合理补泻针刺方能取到更好的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the acupoints according to the actual situation and identified by the main and collateral channels clockwise, card, the clinical curative effect of reinforcing and reducing acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to Clinical observation, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group identified by the acupoints, and according to the actual situation, main and collateral channels clockwise card, using ＂meet with composite＂ reinforcing reducing method of acupuncture. The observation group acupuncture involved innervation area related acupuncture point. 15d for 1 courses, the 2 groups of patients before and after using Japanese Department of orthopedics Association low back pain score table （JOA evaluation） score. Compared with 2 group of treatment of lumbar disc herniation treatment effect. Results： the treatment group mark- edly effective rate was significantly better than the control group, the 2 groups after treatment score have obvious difference with before treatment, and the treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion： acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation need to cause acupoints, and according to the actual situation, main and collateral channels clockwise card reasonable reinforcing reducing acupuncture can get better clinical curative effects.
