急诊住院病人的中医健康教育

The Chinese medicine health education of hospitalized patients in emergency department

目的：探讨中医健康教育在急诊住院病人中的应用效果。方法：将收治的100例患者,随机分为2组各50例,实验组实施具有中医特色健康教育,对照组实施常规健康教育,出院后电话随访2~3个月,对2组患者健康教育效果、认知及行为改变、对医护人员的满意度进行评价。结果：实验组患者健康教育效果、认知及行为改变、对医护人员的满意度均优于对照组。结论：对急诊住院病人开展具有中医特色的健康教育,进行人性化的高水平护理,可以提高病人对医院、护士的满意度,增进护患关系,使病人有效的恢复。

Objective： To study the health education of traditional China medicine in the emergency department applica- tion effect in hospitalized patients. Methods： 100 patients were treated,each 50 cases randomly divided into 2 groups,the experimental group to implement health education with TCM characteristics,control the implementation of routine health education,telephone follow-up of 2-3 months after hospital discharge,health education effect of 2 groups of patients, cognitive and behavioral changes, to evaluate the satisfaction of medical staff. Results： the patients health education effect, cognitive and behavioral changes,to the satisfaction of medical staff were better than the control group. Conclusion：The emergency hospital patients to carry out health education with the characteristic of TCM,with a high level of humanized Nursing,can improve the satisfaction of the patient to the hospital,nurses, improve the relationship between nurses and patients,the recovery of patients.
