超声弹性成像在肌肉骨骼系统中的应用 被引量:19

摘要 超声弹性成像(ultrasound elastography,UE)是根据组织硬度属性不同进行成像的一种新型超声成像技术,目前主要应用于乳腺、甲状腺、前列腺等器官疾病的诊断。此外组织弹性成像还可应用于子宫、卵巢疾病的诊断,肝纤维化的诊断以及高强度聚焦超声与射频消融引起的损害检测与评估。目前,随着对UE的大量研究,其在肌肉骨骼系统中的临床应用研究也日益增多,因此,本文根据现有的研究对UE的基本原理及其在肌肉骨骼系统中的应用作一综述。
