摘要
目的旨在了解新护士入职前的预期工作压力及企盼资源。方法采用《应届毕业护生进入职场前预期工作压力与企盼资源》问卷,对2013年8月本院新入职的76名护理人员进行调查,对结果进行描述性分析。结果新护士入职前处于适度压力状态,由高到低排序分别为:工作任务、人际关系、组织管理。新护士入职前预期压力结果较为消极,主要表现为从事护理工作的意愿不强烈、不会长期从事护理工作等。新护士的企盼资源包括操作示范(培训方式),学徒型(带教方式),急救训练(培训内容);最希望得到护理同仁的支持,希望护理同仁之间能够友善相处,尤其是希望与带教者之间保持良好沟通,希望得到护士长的鼓励。结论护理管理者要重视新护士入职前的护理实践能力培训、入职后的心理支持与规范化培训、良好团队文化氛围的建立等,旨在维持护士的身心健康、提高职业满意率、减少离职率。
Objective To understand new nurses’ expectations of pre-service work pressure and resources. Methods Seventy-six new nurses were investigated with the questionnaire about “current nursing graduates’ word pressure and resources expected pre-service”, the resucts were analyzed descriptively. ResuIts The new nurses had been under moderate pressure, and the top three factors exerting pressure to nurses were pre-service tasks, interpersonal relationship and organization management. New nurses ’ expectation of pre-service work pressure remained negative. Most of all the new nurses ’ expectation resources included operation demonstration, a craft model in training method and the first aid training; Most of them wanted to achieve colleagues ’ support and encouragement from head nurses and keep good communication with clinical teachers. ConcIusion Nursing managers should attach great importance to the pre-service nursing practice training of new nurses, psychological support and standardized training after working, the establishment of a good team culture, etc, which contribute to maintaining physical and mental health of new nurses, improving of job satisfaction and reducing turnover rate.
