补肾健脾方对围绝经期及绝经期肥胖妇女体质量及性激素水平的影响

Effect of tonifying kidney and spleen herbs on body mass and sex hormone levels in perimenopause and menopause women with obesity

目的观察补肾健脾方对围绝经期及绝经期肥胖妇女体质量及性激素水平的影响,并探讨体质量指数(BMI)与性激素水平之间的相关性。方法将本院体检的120例围绝经期及绝经期肥胖妇女随机分为2组。治疗组60例采用补肾健脾中药口服治疗,对照组不予治疗。比较2组体质量、BMI、腰围、臀围、腰臀比及血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及黄体生成素(LH)水平。结果治疗组用药后,BMI、腰臀比较用药前均下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),且与照组同期比较改善明显(P<0.01)。治疗组用药后E2水平明显升高(P<0.01),FSH、LH水平均降低(P<0.01),且与对照组同期比较改善明显(P<0.01)。结论补肾健脾方能降低围绝经期及绝经期妇女的BMI及腰臀比,能改善其性激素水平。

Objective To observe the effects of tonifying kidney and spleen herbs on body mass and sex hor-mone levels in perimenopause and menopause women with obesity, and to study the relativity between body mass in-dex （ BMI） and sex hormone levels. Methods 120 perimenopause and menopause women with obesity who had physical examination in our hospital were divided into two groups.60 cases in treatment group were received oral toni-fying kidney and spleen herbs, the control group received no treatment.The body mass, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-hip ratio and the level of serum estradiol （ E2 ） , follicle-stimulating hormone （ FSH） and luteinizing hormone （ LH） were compared in two groups.Results After treatment in treatment group, BMI and waist-hip ratio were decreased compared with those in before treatment （ P〈0.01, P 〈0.05）, and the improvement was more significant compared with that in control group at the same period （ P 〈0.01） .The level of E2 after treat-ment in treatment group was significantly increased compared with that in before treatment （ P 〈0.01）, the level of FSH and LH were decreased （ P〈0.01）, and the improvement was more significant compared with that in control group at the same period （ P〈0.01）.Conclusion Tonifying kidney and spleen herbs can decrease the BMI and waist-hip ratio in perimenopause and menopause women with obesity, improve the level of sex hormone.
