良种肉兔不同杂交组合试验研究

Experimental Study of Different Hybrid Combinations of Breeding Rabbits

选择新西兰兔、加利福尼亚兔和比利时兔3个良种肉兔品种进行纯繁和不同品种正反杂交组合试验,研究其杂交后代断奶育肥效果。试验随机选择每个组合40日龄断奶仔兔90只进行育肥50 d,观测纯种及不同杂交组合仔兔的育肥情况。结果表明:杂交组比纯繁组的增重提高17.85%;杂交组的饲料利用率比纯繁组提高6.3%;日增重以新×比为最高,加×比次之,分别为38.45、38.30 g,杂交组均显著高于纯繁组(P<0.05),杂种优势显著。

Selection of New Zealand rabbit, California rabbit and Belgium rabbits were pure breeding and reciprocal cross combination test ,research fattening effect of hybrid offspring. Each hybrid combination select 90 weaned rabbit, fattening feeding 50 d. The test results show that, hybrid group than in pure breeding group of weight gain was increased by 17.85% , the utilization rate of feed was increased by 6.3% , ADG highest Xin × Jia group, Jia × Bi group followed, respectively 38.45 g, 38.30 g. Hybrid group significantly higher than the pure breeding group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, obvious heterosis.
