缺氧诱导因子对肿瘤多药耐药的影响及其靶向治疗的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肿瘤的多药耐药(multidrug resistance,MDR)是高效率化疗发展的主要障碍。由于肿瘤组织的结合和肿瘤细胞高效率的糖酵解,许多类型的人类肿瘤细胞都有显著剥夺氧气的特性,这个现象被称为Warburg效应[1],缺氧是肿瘤细胞的属性。缺氧诱导因子(hypoxia-inducible factor,HIF)作为缺氧应答的全局性调控因子,与肿瘤的多药耐药密切相关。
