摘要:以新型SPPG(磺酸盐聚醚二元醇)为亲水单体,PHPA(聚邻苯二甲酸酐己二醇酯)、HDI(六亚甲基二异氰酸酯)和EDA(乙二胺)为主要原料,采用丙酮法合成了固含量超过50%的芳香族聚酯型PUD(聚氨酯分散体)胶粘剂。研究结果表明:PUD胶膜柔软性较好,其邵A硬度为35~56、断裂伸长率大于2700%;随着R[即n(-NCO)/m(-0H)]值的不断增加,Pu(聚氨酯)的玻璃化转变温度(疋)逐渐升高;PUD胶膜的热稳定性良好,其起始分解温度为300℃、500℃时已基本分解完毕;PU胶膜的耐水性较佳,其吸水率为0.85%~2.10%。
With new SPPG(sulfonate polyether glycol) as hydrophilic monomer, PHPA (polyhexanediol phthalic anhydride), HDI (hexamethylene 'diisocyanate) and E DA (ethylenediamine) as main raw materials, an aromatic polyester PUD (polyurethane dispersion) adhesive with solid content more than 50% was synthesized by acetone method. The research results showed that the PUD film had the good flexibility because its Shao A hardness was 35-56, and its elongation at break was more than 2 700%. The glass transition temperature (Ts) of PU (polyurethane) was gradually increased with increasing R values or molar ratios of --NCO to --OH. The PUD film had the good thermal stability because its initial decomposition temperature was 300 ℃, and its decomposition was mainly finished at 500 ℃. The PUD film had the good water resistance because its water absorption was 0.85%-2.10%.
