江西省利用外资的现状、问题及对策

Present situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Foreign Capital Utilization in Jiangxi Province

改革开放以来,中国在利用外资方面取得了显著成就,一方面弥补了建设资金的不足,吸收了国外先进的技术与经验,另一方面扩大了出口,增加了就业,推动了经济发展。江西省在基本国策指导下,也走上了利用外资的道路,并卓有成效。文章首先分析江西省利用外资的现状,并分析了利用外资对江西省的影响,同时指出了江西省在外资利用方面存在的问题,如外资利用规模小、外资利用结构不尽合理、外资利用区域不平衡等,最后针对这些问题,提出积极引进外资、鼓励外商投资高新技术产业和服务业、优化江西外资利用区域分布、优化资源配置,使外资利用发挥其最大效益等对策。

Since the reform and opening up,China has made remarkable achievements in the use of foreign capital. On the one hand,foreign capital make up for the shortage of construction funds,and China absorbs foreign advanced technology and experience. On the other hand,China also expands exports,increase employment and promotes economic development. Jiangxi Province,under the guidance of the basic national policy,also embarks on a road of using foreign capital and has reached a remarkable result. First of all,this paper analyzes the status of utilization of foreign investment in Jiangxi Prov-ince,and analyzes the impact on the use of foreign investment in Jiangxi. At the same time,this paper points out the prob-lems in the use of foreign investment,such as the use of small-scale foreign investment,that foreign capital utilization structure is not reasonable,that foreign use region is imbalanced and so on. In the last,to solve these problems,we propose some countermeasures,such as,introducing foreign investment,encouraging foreign invest in high -tech industries and services,optimizing the use of the regional distribution of foreign investment in Jiangxi,optimizing the allocation of re-sources to make the best use of foreign capital.
