摘要
《西藏生死书》把生和死看作同等重要的事情,在此基础上把人的整个存在分成"此生、临终和死亡、死后、再生"四个实相。与以往人们把"中阴"仅仅与死亡联系在一起不同,本书把"此生、临终、死亡、再生"即生和死的整个过程都视作"中阴"阶段。在每个中阴阶段,都有相应的修法和解脱法门,如果利用好每一个解脱的机会,我们就能够获得证悟。本书要告诉我们的是:活着时发生的事情与死亡时发生的事情是同一个过程的延续,如果能够体认日常生活中的情绪、意念等活动,认识到它们都是心性的自然能量,就不必等到死亡那一刻才获得解脱。如果活着的时候不能够获得解脱,死亡的时刻也很难把握住各种瞬间即逝的机会,所以活着的时候就应该好好地修行,以便更好地迎接死亡那一刻的到来。
“Tibetan Book”which regards life as important as death divides the person's entire existence into“this life, dying and death,death,regeneration”. Different from in the past idea that the“Bardo”is just linked to the death,the book regards the whole process of life and death that“this life,dying,death,regeneration”as the“bardo”stage. In each stage of the bardo,there is a corresponding repair method and relief Dharma. If we well use every opportunity to relief,we can get enlightenment. This book is going to tell us:what happens when things happen alive with death is a continuation of the same process,if we can realize the emotions of everyday life,ideas and other activities,recognizing that they are the natural ener-gy of Mind,We do not have to wait until the moment of death to get relief. If we can not obtain relief when we are alive,the moment of death is difficult to grasp every opportunity fleeting,so it should take to practice when we are alive in order to better meet the arrival of the moment of death.
