摘要 基于多体动力学仿真分析软件Recur Dyn,建立了防辐射履带式挖掘机动力学模型;对防辐射挖掘机低速挡下在干砂路面上攀越台阶和跨越沟槽等进行了仿真研究。研究结果表明,防辐射挖掘机在干砂路面攀爬台阶的最大高度508mm,跨越1000 mm深度沟槽的极限长度为1612 mm;找到了挖掘机攀爬台阶与跨越极限沟槽时受力最大的支重轮均为左履带驱动轮侧第一个支重轮,受力最大均发生在该支重轮与障碍物接触的时刻,其值分别为135.21k N、139.78k N。研究结果可为防辐射挖掘机安全地跨越障碍物提供参考,并为后续防辐射挖掘机履带系统的优化设计提供理论支持。 Based on Recur Dyn as one kind of multi-body dynamic simulation analysis software,it builds an dynamic simulation model of anti-radiation crawler excavator,which is used to simulate the capacity of anti-radiation crawler excavator climbing footstep and striding channel when drove in low gear on the road of dry sand. The results show that the maximum climbing height is 508 mm when climbing footsteps and its maximum allowable span length is 1612 mm crossing1000mm depth channel. At the same time,the simulation results found out that the track roller with maximum pressure is the first track roller beside the drive wheel of the left crawler when the track roller touching obstacles,and the maximum pressure values are 135.21 k N and 139.78 k N. It provides references for anti-radiation excavator crossing obstacles safely and also offers the basis for checking strength,improving structures and optimizing parameters of anti-radiation excavator.
