摘要
针对基于榫卯结构的轻型客车钢铝混合骨架结构,运用Pro/E软件建立三维几何模型,将其简化成简单截面梁的骨架模型,记录各种用于有限元建模的参数。再导入ANSYS软件,运用APDL语言参数化建模技术,针对车架榫卯结构进行试验,并专门建模处理,同时赋予骨架钢铝混合材料和多种截面属性,建立客车车架有限元模型。依据客车实际情况,添加约束条件和载荷,进行弯曲和扭转工况的仿真,得出骨架应力和变形分布图。结果表明,该设计方案满足相关工况下结构强度要求。
A 3D model is established based on the structure of mortise and tenon joint of steel aluminum mixed frame,then simplifies it into line unit frame model by Pro/E,recording all kinds of parameters used in finite element modeling. Then imports it into ANSYS by the APDL language of parameterized modeling technology,and does some special modeling for mortise and tenon joint structure based on test of frame mortise and tenon joint structure,and gives the frame steel aluminum mixed materials and a variety of section properties,and forms element models of the frame. And adds the constraint and load on actual situation,then it can get the corresponding stress and deformation of the model in its bending and twisting working loads by simulation,The results show that the design satisfies the requirement of structural strength on related conditions.
