摘要
高速动车组车辆系统要求具有良好的稳定性、平稳性和曲线通过能力等动力性能以满足运行要求。利用多体系统动力学分析软件ADMAS的Rail模块建立CRH2-300型动车组车辆系统与轨道耦合的动力学分析模型,并进行了车辆临界速度、车辆平稳性指标、车体振动加速度和车辆通过曲线脱轨系数和轮重减载率等动力学性能评价指标的仿真计算。结果表明该车临界速度远大于车辆设计速度,具有较高的稳定性。其平稳性和曲线通过能力指标与相关标准要求比较结果也说明了该车具有良好的动力学性能。
The high-speed EMU vehicle system should have good dynamic characteristics including stability,steadiness and curve passing ability to satisfy running requirements. The vehicle-track coupling dynamic model of the CRH2-300 type EMU vehicle was established,and the dynamic performance evaluating parameters of the vehicle system,such as the critical speed,the Sperling stability indexes,the car body vibration acceleration,the derail-quotient and wheel-unloading of curve passing were analyzed in detail by use of ADAMS/Rail multi-body dynamic analysis software. The results show that the critical speed of the vehicle is greater than the design speed. The steadiness and curve passing performance can satisfy the technical standards requirements.
