换挡操纵大流量低压比例阀性能试验研究

摘要 通过对一种大流量低压比例阀的电流压力关系特性、流量特性、泄漏特性等动态特性进行详细的试验研究,探索该阀应用于特种车辆换挡过程中变速机构油缸操纵的可行性,为大流量换挡比例阀能实现换挡瞬间快速响应、换挡过程精确控制以及控制策略等提供了技术支持。 Experimental study is completed in detail on the high flow and low pressure proportional valve,including dynamic characteristics such as the relation characteristic of current and pressure,flow characteristic and leakage characteristic. It was explored of the feasibility of this valve,which was applied to the transmission mechanism of special vehicle shifting cylinder during the manipulation. It can be good technique supports to achieve fast response,precise shifting gear instant control of shifting gear process and control strategies.
