摘要
针对某型号发射塔电缆摆杆存在喘行问题,采用现代测试技术对摆杆系统的机械、液压分系统运行状态进行检测。通过对测试信号的分析处理,研究了摆杆液压驱动系统动力特性、齿轮齿条传动系统特性,找出电缆摆杆系统喘行原因,并提出相应改进措施。该研究成果对提高航天发射塔电缆摆杆系统的可靠性,保证航天发射任务的安全性具有重要现实意义。
In order to find the cause for discontinuous moving problem of cable swing beam of launch tower,the machine and hydraulic subsystem of cable swing beam are tested with modern testing technology. With testing signal analysis processing,the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic subsystem and rack mechanism was researched. At last the reason of discontinuous moving of cable swing beam was found. Some improvement advices are given. The research result will be useful to improve the reliability and security of cable swing beam of launch tower.
