摘要
介绍了水下钻孔抽油一体化装备的系统组成、工作原理及技术参数,设计了钻孔抽油一体化装备的开式液压系统,其主要由液压主油路、进给组件液压油路、钻孔组件液压油路、抽油组件液压油路、磁吸组件液压油路和安全节能液压油路组成,并进行了液压系统的参数设计。应用该液压系统的钻孔抽油一体化装备,可有效减小沉船造成的重大溢油事故,大大提高在深水沉船存油回收技术能力。
The system composition,operational principle and technical parameter of the equipment integrated with drilling wreck and pumping oil were introduced. The open hydraulic system of the equipment was designed. which was composed of main line,feeding line,drilling line,pumping line,magnet attracting line,safety and energy saving line. Parameter design of the hydraulic system was researched. Equipment integrated with drilling wreck and pumping oil can effectively reduce the oil spill from the sinking and greatly improve the technology of recovering the storage oil in the deepwater sinking.
