MHP100-125化工泵叶轮的水力设计

摘要 确定了MHP100-125化工泵的主要参数和结构方案,对泵的叶轮进行了水力设计,确定了其水力尺寸。水力设计时主要采用速度系数法。结果表明,设计出的化工泵产品的水力性能达到了预期目标,且提高了其先进性与合理性。 Determined the MHP100-125 chemical pump's main parameters and structure, designed the pump's impeller, and determined its hydraulic size using the speed coefficient method. The results showed that the chemical pump's hydraulic performance achieved the desired goal, and got more advanced and reasonable.
