摘要
采用不同长余辉发光材料与环氧胶黏剂按不同比例混合制备自发光环氧涂料,分析发光材料掺量对发光涂料亮度的影响,研究不同发光涂料亮度衰减规律。试验发现不同发光粉制备的发光涂料遵循相同的亮度衰减规律,经照射后初始发光强度可达到1cd/m2以上,在10min内亮度衰减到15%,有效发光时间短,可适用于应急照明。
The energy storage luminescence epoxy coating was prepared by using various luminescent materials and epoxy binder. Effect of the content of luminescent materials on brightness was studied. The brightness reduction over time was measured. Test results indicated that various coatings followed a similar relation on the brightness reduction over time. The initial brightness could reach more than 1 cd/m^2 , which would decrease to 15% after 10 min. The pre- pared epoxy coating only showed a short period of time for luminescence, which can be used for emergency lighting.
