摘要
入职1-5年是青年教师职业发展的重要阶段。对苏北农村入职1—5年教师的问卷调查显示,苏北农村青年教师的工资不高,周课时多,日工作时间长;压力大,职业意识不太积极,有职业倦怠;心理健康知识不足,心理调适方法有限,缺少心理健康培训疏导。应采取优化生存环境、维护心理健康、多渠道开阔视野等策略,改进苏北农村青年教师生存现状。
The first five years of in-service young teachers is the important stage for their professional development. Questionnaire survey shows that rural young teachers in Northern Jiangsu Province have low salaries with more lessons one week and must work for long hours, that they have much pressure with inactive awareness of profession and also have the feeling of burnout, and that they are short of mental health knowledge, have limited methods of mental adjustment, and lack mental health training and canalization. Therefore, corresponding strategies should be employed to improve their situation of survival such as optimizing surviving environment, maintaining mental health, expanding their horizons in various ways.
