摘要
通过分析课程改革十数年来的得与失,对比区域课改路径的合理性和可能性,无锡市崇安区认为教育行政部门统筹安排校本课程的开发和实施是一条必要、适切的课改新出路。从区域层面推进校本课程能够有效凝聚区域优势,打破学校各自为本的孤立状态,从而促进区域学校的和谐发展;通过政策制定、课程筛选、教师培训、阶梯式推进四个方面来保障校本课程的开发和实施。
Based on analyzing the success and failure of curriculum reform over dozens of years, educational administrations have contrasted the rationality and probability of the path to regional curriculum reform, thinking that the new .way out for curriculum reform is that school -based curriculum has to be overall exploited and implemented by educational administrations. Promoting school-based curriculum from the regional level can effectively attain the regional strengthens and break the isolated state .between different schools, consequently expediting harmonious development of regional schools. Four aspects should be accentuated to guarantee the exploiting and implementing of school-based curriculum such as policy making, course sifting, teacher training and step-by-stem promoting.
