经济转型期,宏观调控趋紧,我国中小企业生存发展环境愈发严峻。建立深层次合作的共生战略伙伴关系,共同开拓市场,面对市场风险与挑战,有利于中小企业在纷繁复杂的市场环境中立足。在概述共生理论的基础上,根据LOGISTIC生物成长模型,建立企业间的竞争共生模型,对国内中小企业可构建的共生模式系统进行探析,以期为国内中小企业建立共生战略关系提供参考。

In a period of economic transition, the survival and development of China＇s srmll and medium-sized enterprises is facing more challenges with the strengthening in macroeconomic control. Establishing close cooperation syn-biotic strategic partnership and developing new market is conducive to the survival of srmll and medium enterprises. The paper in- troduces symbiotic theory and Logistic mode, then constructs enterprise＇s symbiosis model, hoping to provide reference for domestic small and medium-sized enterprises.
