摘要
职业指导理论的发展经历了初步形成、多元发展、互相融合三个历史时期,形成了不同派别的理论体系,但富有中国特色的本土理论并未出现。计划经济体制的长期影响、职业教育在国民教育体系中地位的缺失、理论人才的缺乏是本土理论缺失的主要原因。汲取民国时期职业教育思想的精华、加强国外理论的本土化研究、培育职业教育大环境和注重理论研究人才的培养是可能的突破路径。
The development of vocational guidance theory experiences three stages, which are initial formation, diversified development and integration. It forms different theoretical systems, but lacking of theory with Chinese characteristics. The main reasons include long-term impact of the planned economic system, the lower status of vocational education, and lack of theoretical talents. This paper proposes to learn a lesson from vocational education thinking in the Republic of China, localize foreign theory, nurture environment of vocational education and train theoretical talents .
