The New Normal Perspective on Chinese Energy Safety

基于世界与中国的能源发展形势,分析了中国能源安全发展的必要性,并提出新常态下中国能源安全观的原则。根据能源发展的原则,得到能源安全发展的途径。分析结果表明,能源安全与经济发展密切相关,能源安全发展必须保证自主、多元、互补、生态等原则。同时,要思想领先,制度保障,政府、企业、事业协调有序推进国内外能源安全。最终通过能源安全,保障中国经济与生态文明的协调可持续发展。

Based on energy development trend of China and the world, this paper analyses the necessity of China^s energy safety development and proposes the related principles of China energy safety perspective from new normal. In accordance with energy development principles, safety energy development approach can be obtained. Aralysis results indicate there is close relationship between energy satety and ecological development, energy safety development should be guaranteed by self-reliance, multiple independent, complementary and ecological principles. Meanwhile thinking ranks first, rules and systems guarantee. Second, government and enterprises co-ordinately carry forward energy safety home and abroad. Thus by means of energy safety can sustainable coordination development be guaranteed for China economy development and ecological aivilizativn.
