基于市场势力理论的我国电煤价格成因分析

Research on the Distortion of Coal Price in China from the Perspective of Market Forces

我国煤炭产业的市场化改革日趋成熟,基本上实现了由市场力量决定其价格。现实中具有较高市场势力的电力企业,往往凭借其买方垄断势力对上游煤炭企业的电煤价格进行压榨,扭曲了电煤价格。本文在分析相关文献的基础上结合产业组织学理论,以煤炭和电力企业的市场势力作为切入点,定性分析了电煤价格扭曲与煤炭和电力产业之间的市场势力的关系;其次运用协整检验对电煤价格扭曲成因以及各变量之间的关系进行了计量检验,通过检验确认了市场势力是造成电煤价格扭曲的重要因素。

Market-oriented reform of coal industry gradually matures in China, and has basically achieved determining its price by market force. Power companies with high market force often use its monopoly power to squeeze coal price. This paper is based on the analysis of relevant literature and combined with industrial organization theory, taking the coal and power companies＇ market forces as the starting point, making a qualitative analysis of the relationship between the coal and power industries around market force. Then it carried the co-integration test of the relationship between the causes and variables, and confirmed that the market force is an important factor in the distortion phenomenon.
