本文介绍了灰靶理论即其基本模型。然后选取5个不同的移民乡镇,以这些乡镇的5个经济指标作为评价指标。根据灰靶理论求得每个指标在每个模式下的对标准模式的靶心系数,最后求得每个模式的靶心度。由求得的靶心度的大小与级数来评价移民后期扶持效果,找出所有模式中效果最好的和最差的,并提出建议。

This paper briefly introduces Then it selects five settlements and takes the Gray Target Theory and its basic model. five economic indicators of these areas as the evaluation index. The bull eye coefficient to the standard mode of every index in every pattern can be solved according to the Gray Target Theory. After that,we can get the approaching degree of every pattern. Finally, the later supporting effect of the resettlements can be evaluated by the value and level of the approaching degrees, and the best and worst can be figured out, also the advices can be proposed.
