信用证作为国际结算的主要方式之一,在国际贸易中的作用不可小觑。UCP600作为规范信用证使用的国际惯例,对信用证各个交易环节都做了详细规定。但是在实践中,因为对于信用证交易时间节点的法律认识错误以及操作不当导致了各种贸易纠纷。本文对UCP600中关于信用证交易的时间节点进行归纳、总结,对时间节点相关的法律问题进行分析,从而探讨我国企业适用UCP600时在时间节点方面的注意事项。

As one of the main methods of international settlement, Letter of credit plays an important role in international trade. UCP600 is the uniform customs and practice for documentary credits, there are many detailed articles about every aspect of the letter of credit transactions. However in practice, the wrong legal awareness and improper operation of time node have caused various trade disputes. This paper summarizes the time node and analyzes the related legal issues of UCP600, thus exploring the points for attention of the time node when the enterprises of our country use UCP600.
