大科学时代的科技研发创新活动,越来越多地具有了规模化与社会化等特征。协作意识、协作理念、协作行为也越来越成为科技研发创新活动顺利与否的重要影响因素。从科技研发创新活动系统的复杂性出发,文章阐明协作精神作为新时代科学规范的必然性和重要性,简析当前科技奖励制度对于协作规范的外环境制约,并探讨科技研发创新人才的协作精神的培养途径。

In the big era of science,the innovative activities in the research and development （R＆amp;D）of science and technology （S＆amp;T）has become increasingly scaled and socialized.The awareness,ideology as well as conduct of cooperation,meanwhile,is gaining relevance as a decisive factor in the success of such innovative activities.This article aims to start from the complexity in R＆amp;D innovative activities in S＆amp;T,il-lustrating the inevitability and necessity of cooperation spirit being a norm in science of the new era,with a brief analysis on the external effect of the current rewarding system in S＆amp;T on cooperation norms,and makes a discussion on means to cultivate cooperative spirit of innovative talents.
