摘要
在全面介绍了国外4个国家以及国际药学联合会药师胜任力标准的主要内容基础上,从能力标准开发、能力框架内容、专业能力要素3个角度对5个能力标准进行比较分析,文章提出借鉴和应用药师胜任力标准方面的建议,以进一步促进我国药师胜任力标准的研制和实施。
In this paper,a comprehensive introduction to the main competency standards of pharmacists from four foreign countries and Inernational Pharmaceutical Federation.There are some common charac-ters and differences in development procedure,the frame-work and main competencies among these five standards.China can draw on the experience of the development practice and results to develop competen-cy standards for pharmacists.
