摘要
计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wan Fang Data)和维普(VIP)数据库,查找关于PBL教学在我国医学本科生物化学课程应用的文献。Meta分析结果显示,与传统教学相比,PBL教学并不能提高课程考试合格率,但能提高课程考试分数。医学本科生物化学课程中PBL教学相比于LBL教学能够提高学生考试分数,但不能提高及格率。由于研究的异质性且纳入的研究样本量较小,故仍需更多的高质量样本验证并定量分析其学习效果以探索PBL具体应用。
CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP databases were electronically searched to retrieve controlled studies on PBL applied in undergraduate biochemistry in medical education.Compared with LBL,PBL in undergraduate medical biochemistry course did not produce improved pass rate of examination but could improve examination score.PBL teaching model can improve the examination score but not the pass rate of medical undergraduate in biochemistry course,though more high-quality samples are needed for verifying the learning outcomes and for the rational application of PBL.
