摘要
采用等组前后测设计,运用《社交焦虑量表》(IAS)、《自尊量表》(SES)和《简易应对方式量表》(SCSS)考查团体沙盘游戏疗法改善药学生社交焦虑的效果。结果表明,团体沙盘游戏疗法可以有效地降低药学生的社交焦虑,增进自尊水平,改进应对方式,提升药学生的人际交往能力。
By means of the pre-post test design, the results of the impact of group sand-table play therapy on improving social anxiety of pharmacy students are examined through social anxiety scale (IAS) , self es- teem scale (SES) and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSS). The results show that, group sand- table play therapy can effectively lessen the social anxiety of students, enhance the level of self-esteem, and improve ways of coping with problems, entitling better interpersonal skills to the pharmacy students.
