一种新型的电驱可变气门正时系统

摘要 本文介绍了一种新型的电驱可变气门正时系统,其通过执行电机直接调整发动机凸轮轴的相位,实现气门正时的精确控制。该系统可克服传统液压驱动的可变气门正时系统(VVT)受润滑系统油压影响的缺点。CAE分析表明该系统具有结构紧凑、功耗低、响应快的优点。 This paper introduces a new type of electric drive variable valve timing system (E - VVT), which directly adjust the phase of engine cam shaft to achieve precise control of valve timing by the servo motor, the system can avoid the shortcomings of traditional hydraulic drive variable valve timing system (VVT) whose adjustment is affected by the oil pressure of lubrication system. CAE analysis shows that the system has the advantages of compact structure, low power consumption and fast response.
