CYBER- SEPERATISM OF ‘XINJIANG INDEPENDENCE'AND ITS GOVERNANCE IN THE ERA OF NEW MEDIA

全球化和信息化时代,互联网及其衍生出的面书、推特、微博等新社交媒体,日益被"疆独"势力所运用,逐渐成为其进行分裂活动的主要平台。"疆独"势力借助新媒体,建构虚拟空间强化族群认同,整合全球势力,进行国际动员以及谋求国际化目标。与"疆独"势力争夺新媒体话语权,应成为今后我们治理"疆独"分裂主义的重要手段。

The internet and its derivations such as Facebook,Twitter,Micro- blog etc. are increasingly deployed by the force of ＂Xinjiang independence＂ and gradually becoming the main platform of its separatism activities in the era of globalization and informationization. By taking advantage of the new media,the force of ＂Xinjiang independence＂ constructs virtual space of ethnic identity,integrates global forces,mobilizes internationally and seeks the goal of internationalization. The striving for the power of discourse in new media with the force of ＂Xinjiang independence＂should become an important way to govern the ＂Xinjiang separatism ＂.
