边疆安全学视野下的边民土地意识构建——以凭祥市友谊镇卡凤村为例

BUILDING THE LAND CONSCIOUSNESS OF BORDER RESIDENTS IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF FRONTIER SECURITY:A Case Study in Kafeng Village,Pingxiang City

土地可以满足人类衣食足行的基本需求,基于土地创造的农业收入是农业人口家庭经济来源中不可或缺的一部分。然而城镇化进程中的征地运动却将农业人口与土地分离,由此引发许多矛盾。本文以广西一个边境村庄的征地行为为线索,探索村民之间、村庄内部秩序以及村民与政府三组关系在征地前后的变化,以此说明基于土地所创造的经济价值是地方社会秩序安定、稳定人心的必要因素。特别是在边境地区,农业经济的稳定发展有助于维护边疆安全。

Land can satisfy human’ s basic needs for clothing,food,dwelling and traveling and create income that is indispensable in agricultural family economy. However,land expropriation in the process of urbanization separates peasants and land,resulting many conflicts. By taking land expropriation in a border village of Guangxi as the main thread,this paper explores changes in terms of villagers’ relationship,village social order and the relation between villagers and government before and after the process. Based on the analysis,the paper regards the economic value created from land is a necessary factor to stabilize the social order and popular feeling in local society. It is noteworthy that stable development of agriculture is helpful to maintain frontier security.
