摘要
天然气液化制冷工艺大致可以分为三种:阶式制冷、混合制冷剂制冷和膨胀制冷。现在国内应用最多的是混合制冷剂制冷,它有设备少、流程简单、投资省等优点。这种液化流程的操作弹性很大,当生产能力降低、周围环境温度或原料气气质发生变化时,可以通过调整混合制冷剂组分及混合制冷剂压缩机进出口压力,也能使天然气高效液化。高效的利用混合制冷剂,对于生产单位既能降低能耗又能提高液化率,因此研究混合制冷剂在液化天然气中的应用是很有必要的。
Liquefied natural gas refrigeration process can be roughly divided into three kinds: first, mixed refrigerant refrigeration and expansion refrigeration. Now the most widely used is the mixed refrigerant, it has the advantages of simple process, less equipment investment, etc.. The liquefaction process operation is very flexible, when production capacity is reduced, the ambient temperature or the raw material gas changes, can adjust the mixed refrigerant composition and mixed refrigerant compressor inlet and outlet pressure, also can make the gas, liquefied. Refrigerant mixture by high performance, for the production of the unit can reduce energy consumption and improve the liquefaction rate, so the research and application of the mixed refrigerant in liquefied natural gas is very necessary.
