摘要
目前高校的实践教学状况不尽如人意,主要原因是参与实践教学的企业缺乏积极性。高校只有把实践教学环节纳入校企合作的框架内,构建权利义务对等互惠共赢的校企合作新模式,把实践教学作为校企合作的一部分,才能提高企业对实践教学参与的积极性。文章分析了校企合作的四要素高校、企业、政府、学生在校企合作中的作用,有助于构建起互惠共赢的校企合作新模式,形成实质性的校企合作,从而实现高校实践教学的目的。
Lacking of enterprise enthusiasm is the primary reason of unsatisfied teaching practice in current university. In order to enhance enterprise's enthusiasm in participating in teaching practice, universities should take teaching practice as a part of university-enterprise cooperation, and build a new model of university-enterprise cooperation with mutual benefits and opposite relationship in rights and obligations aspects of both parties. Universities, enterprises, governments, and students as the requisite elements of university-enterprise cooperation, their roles were analyzed. A new cooperation mode of mutual benefits could be built, and thus to form a substantial university-enterprise cooperation, so as to realize the purpose of teaching practice.
