职业教育实施工学结合人才培养模式的探讨

Implementation of Combined Engineering Training Mode of Vocational Education

分析当前我国职业教育校企合作中存在法律保障、资金投入、互惠机制、合作环境等方面的困难和问题,提出通过完善法律保障体系、发挥政府调控作用、构建合作驱动模式、改革学校管理方式、健全人才培养保障机制等措施,完善职业教育工学结合人才培养模式。

Analyzed some difficulties and problems on the following aspects： the legal protection, fund investment, mutual benefit mechanism and cooperation environment, put forward some suggestions to improve the combined engineering talent training mode of vocational education, such as, perfecting legal system, playing the role of government regulation, building cooperative driving mode, reforming school management and improving personnel training guarantee mechanism and the like.
