摘要
随着国家级湘南承接产业转移示范区建设速度的加快,郴州高技能人才供需矛盾日益显现,主要体现在高技能人才存量不足,商贸类专业高技能人才缺口严重,专业结构及人才培养模式不合理等问题。为此,必须采取加强职业教育,扩大招生规模,提高承接产业转移所需人才总量;强化校企合作,开展合作办学,优化承接产业转移所需专业技能人才结构;促进商贸专业群集约发展,优化专业结构和课程体系,提升承接产业转移所需人才质量等措施。
With the increasing speed of constructing the national undertaking industrial transfer demonstration zone in southern Hunan, the contradiction between supply and demand of high skilled talents in Chenzhou increasingly apparent, mainly reflected in the high skilled personnel shortage, the serious high skilled talents gap in commercial specialty, the unreasonable professional structure and talent cultivation mode. Therefore, we should conduct some countermeasures, such as, to strengthen the occupation education, expand enrollment, improve the talent quantities of undertaking industry talents, strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, carry out cooperation in running schools, optimize the structure of required skilled talents, promote intensive development of commercial group, optimize the structure of specialty and curriculum system and improve the quality of personnel.
